All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from SVBC.
Returns are subject to a restocking charge, unless otherwise noted on the Sales
Order or Invoice. Items are non-returnable outside 30 days of shipment date. Any
returned products that are not packaged properly and suffer damage are not the
responsibility of SVBC.
All merchandise sold by SVBC are guaranteed to be free of defect for one year
from the date of shipment, unless noted “as is” on the Sales Order or Invoice. All
merchandise proven defective will be replaced by SVBC. In the event that we are
unable to provide a replacement, the customer will be given a full refund. SVBC is
not responsible for any consequential losses or damages outside the defective
merchandise as well as any replacement parts or repairs performed by another
party without our written authorization.
